The new Dark Corojo is a welcome departure from the conventional style of Nicaraguan handmade cigars, and it was produced ten years after the initial release of the Joya de Nicaragua Antao mix. Constructed with long-fill tobaccos from Nicaragua that have been aged for three years and a special Corojo leaf wrapper that is black, oily, and bursting with flavor. The JdN Dark Corojo is naturally robust yet remarkably smooth, with notes of earth, cedar, pepper, cocoa, and a pleasingly sweet finish.
