“Ultra Rare”
The Arturo Fuente Rare Pink Queen of Hearts measures 4 1/8″ × 60. Short in length. Broad through the body. Its curved shoulders and tapered ends give it a different outline from the longer Rare Pink formats.
Twenty cigars fill the factory box, arranged in two rows. Pink ribbons run through the presentation, alongside the illustrated lid and pink-and-gold bands used across the Vintage 1960’s Series.
An Ecuadorian wrapper covers a Dominican binder. Inside, the filler combines Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco. The finished cigars are manufactured in the Dominican Republic.
The real reason why ? These were created with Carlito’s daughter, Liana Fuente, to support breast cancer research, inspired by family losses to the disease.
Every box sold donates $13 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and that bold pink packaging screams the mission. Released in 2020, they’re super limited, so buy now if they’re in stock.
They come out once a year and are extremely highly collectable.

Arturo Fuente Rare Pink Queen of Hearts Description
The Queen of Hearts has a broad body within a short format. Its length is 4⅛ inches. The ring gauge is 60. From the fuller middle, the outline curves toward the narrower ends, forming the cigar’s perfecto shape.
Its construction starts with an Ecuadorian outer wrapper. A Dominican binder sits beneath that leaf, surrounding filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The cigar is manufactured in the Dominican Republic.
The factory presentation contains 20 cigars in two rows. Pink pull ribbons sit among them. The bands repeat the pink and gold seen on the box, while the inside lid carries the collection’s illustration and crest.
Queen of Hearts belongs to the Rare Pink Vintage 1960’s Series. The historical reference comes from the era that influenced Carlito Fuente, while the Queen of Hearts name identifies this short, wide format within the line.
