The Asylum Split Personality Toro (6″ x 54) was inspired by a banana split.

Yes. Really.

And Asylum did not exactly hide it.

Banana gets things started. Sweet and noticeable. Then caramel rolls in, followed by roasted almond and the deeper taste of Honduran tobacco underneath.

A strange combination on paper.

In the cigar, it makes sense.

The sweetness does not just sit there from beginning to end. Some puffs lean more toward banana and caramel. Others bring out nuts, earth, cream, and toasted tobacco.

Hence the name.

Split Personality.

At 6″ x 54, the Toro gives the blend a little more breathing room than the Robusto. Longer smoke. More time for the sweeter notes and tobacco flavors to move back and forth.
