An Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper covers a Nicaraguan binder with fillers from Nicaragua and Peru, including rare Peruvian Pelo de Oro tobacco. The result is rich and layered, with notes of cedar, cocoa, toasted bread, earth and pepper, followed by a subtle natural sweetness.

HVC Pan Caliente 10th Anniversary Gloriosos Description
Ten years deserves something different.
For the HVC Pan Caliente 10th Anniversary, Reinier Lorenzo and HVC went back to one of the names that helped build the brand and created a special cigar around it. Not simply a new band on the regular Pan Caliente. A different blend. Different tobacco. Limited production.
The Gloriosos measures 6.8″ x 54, giving it that long, classic profile that feels right for an anniversary cigar. Inside, HVC combines an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper with a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Nicaragua and Peru. One of the more interesting components is Peruvian Pelo de Oro, an unusual tobacco that adds another dimension to the blend.
Light it up and there is plenty going on.
Cedar and earth come first. A little pepper. Then the cigar starts settling down and you begin picking up cocoa, toasted bread and a soft natural sweetness underneath. The spice never completely disappears, which is a good thing. It keeps the cigar moving instead of becoming flat halfway through.
And this is a long cigar. Treat it that way.
The 54-ring gauge produces plenty of smoke while giving the different tobaccos enough room to work together. The flavor develops gradually, getting deeper and a little richer as you work your way toward the final third.
HVC produced the Pan Caliente 10th Anniversary as a limited 2026 release, with only 500 boxes of 25 made. That makes it collectible, sure. But cigars this interesting are better smoked than stared at.
