My Father The Judge Corona Gorda has a way of coming in with some weight to it, but never feels rushed. Right from the start, the smoke is rich and full, with that deep, grounded character My Father cigars do so well. You get pepper, earth, and dark wood early, then it starts opening up little by little.
As it settles in, there’s more going on. A bit of roasted coffee. Some cocoa. Maybe a touch of sweetness underneath, just enough to round things out. The Corona Gorda size works really well here too. It keeps the flavor focused and steady, but still gives the blend room to shift as you smoke.
By the second half, the darker notes start to show more. More spice, more depth, a little more strength. Still balanced though. It never feels messy or too aggressive. Just bold, layered, and really well put together. This 5-pack is a great one to keep around when you want something full-bodied and flavorful, but still controlled.
