The Padron 1926 80th Maduro first came out in 2006 to honor José Orlando Padrón’s 80th birthday. But it’s more than just an anniversary cigar—it’s turned into one of those sticks people keep talking about. A box-pressed torpedo with a reputation big enough to back up its 96 rating in Cigar Aficionado and a permanent spot on almost every must-try list out there.

Production is tiny. Only one roller and one buncher team are allowed to make them, which says everything about the level of care involved.
