First introduced in 1994 as a box pressed premium cigar to celebrate the Padron family tradition of cigar excellence for their thirty year anniversary. The 1964 was showcased to the world and the world responded. Like fine wines, expensive furniture and pricey cars, the cigar universe now has a super-premium “real” cigar in that exclusive class.
