Perdomo Legacy Epicure 6 Cigars
Three wrappers. Six cigars. Plenty of variety.
The Perdomo Legacy Epicure Sampler gives you two cigars from each Legacy blend, all rolled in the generous 6″ x 54 Epicure size. It is an easy way to explore the collection without committing to a full box—and each blend has its own personality.
Start with the Connecticut. Smooth, creamy and relaxed, with touches of cedar, toasted nuts, honey-like sweetness and a mild pepper finish. The Nicaraguan Shade Grown brings more weight. Rich tobacco, oak, warm spice and a little natural sweetness. Then comes the Maduro. Darker and deeper, with espresso, cocoa, earth and a lingering sweetness that stays on the palate.

The Shade Grown opened with cedar and warm spice. Later, I noticed roasted nuts and a little coffee.
Frank U. (verified owner) –
The Shade Grown produced thick smoke and held a long ash. Construction was right on point.
Stephen V. (verified owner) –
The Connecticut makes a strong first impression without trying too hard. Clean, creamy and well constructed.
Roger S. (verified owner) –
A very polished Nicaraguan profile. Wood, spice, roasted tobacco and a clean finish.
Larry B. (verified owner) –
I paired the Shade Grown with bourbon and it worked beautifully. The cigar’s natural sweetness came forward.
Douglas O. (verified owner) –
The Nicaraguan Shade Grown had the most interesting middle third for me. Oak, pepper and natural tobacco sweetness.
Raymond Y. (verified owner) –
Good pepper at the beginning. It settled down after the first inch and became much smoother.
Jerry C. (verified owner) –
The retrohale had cinnamon-like spice and cedar. Strong enough to notice, but still comfortable.
Corey W. (verified owner) –
The Maduro was the slowest-burning blend of the three for me. It stayed cool and produced plenty of smoke.
Kyle W. (verified owner) –
The 12-cigar sampler is a strong humidor filler. Three wrappers, four of each and no weak blend in the group.
Sean J. (verified owner) –
The Connecticut is very steady. It does not change dramatically, but the flavors remain pleasant the entire way.
Trevor E. (verified owner) –
I saved the Maduro for after dinner. Good decision. Rich flavors without a harsh finish.
Terry H. (verified owner) –
The draw had a little resistance, exactly how I like it. Plenty of smoke without feeling too open.
Philip G. (verified owner) –
The Shade Grown was my favorite with black coffee. The toasted notes lined up perfectly.
Zachary N. (verified owner) –
A full dozen lets you revisit each cigar under different conditions. Morning coffee, afternoon break or after dinner.
Nathan F. (verified owner) –
Four cigars from each blend gave me plenty of time to explore the whole Legacy collection. Much better than judging everything from one smoke.
Derek K. (verified owner) –
The Maduro opened with cocoa and earth, then moved into espresso and dark sweetness.
Bradley F. (verified owner) –
Bold cigar, but not a pepper bomb. Most of the flavor comes from coffee, chocolate and rich tobacco.
Gary R. (verified owner) –
Oak and toasted tobacco stayed at the center, with sweetness appearing every now and then.
Kenneth Z. (verified owner) –
Richer than the Connecticut but not as dark as the Maduro. It lands right in the middle.
Marcus A. (verified owner) –
The strength built gradually. Medium at first, then closer to full by the final third.
Gregory A. (verified owner) –
I liked the balance of cream and pepper in the Connecticut. Smooth overall, with a little kick near the finish.
Craig P. (verified owner) –
Good complexity without becoming confusing. Each flavor showed up clearly and then moved along.
Keith M. (verified owner) –
This cigar had more strength than I expected. Not overpowering. Just a steady build.
Peter E. (verified owner) –
The first Connecticut burned slightly uneven at the start, then corrected itself without a touch-up.
Shawn D. (verified owner) –
This felt like the most versatile cigar in the sampler. Rich enough for evening, smooth enough for daytime.
Luke J. (verified owner) –
Espresso was the main flavor, followed by cocoa and a little molasses-like sweetness.
Evan N. (verified owner) –
The Maduro wrapper looked dark and oily. Very attractive cigar straight out of the sampler.
Dennis I. (verified owner) –
This was the standout blend in the 12-cigar sampler. Medium to full, but never rough around the edges.
Austin O. (verified owner) –
Dark chocolate, earth and roasted coffee. Exactly what I was hoping to get from this sampler
Carl L. (verified owner) –
The final third became earthier and darker. Still balanced, even as the strength increased.
Ronald T. (verified owner) –
The Epicure size lets the Shade Grown develop slowly. No rushed transitions or sudden harshness.
Cameron V. (verified owner) –
The draw was smooth and the burn line stayed straight. I never needed to relight it.
