The Plasencia Red White And Blue Cigar Sampler is not just three random cigars thrown into a pack. Each one brings a different kind of smoke with an awesome jet torch lighter.
The Alma del Fuego is the bolder one. Earth, dark spice, roasted nuts, and a little sweetness once it gets going. Plenty of body. Still smooth enough to enjoy without feeling worn out by the halfway point.
The Reserva Original takes things in another direction. Softer. More relaxed. Cedar, clean tobacco, nuts, and a gentle natural sweetness come through as it burns. It has an easygoing feel, but it is not flat or forgettable.
Then there is the Alma del Cielo. Creamy cedar, toasted tobacco, mild spice, and a light sweetness. A more refined cigar. The kind that slowly opens up instead of showing everything in the first few minutes.
That is what makes the sampler work. One has more strength. One leans smooth and earthy. The other sits somewhere in the middle with cream, wood, and balance.
