Rocky’s “Artisan” Series is manufactured in Esteli, Nicaragua. A reddish-brown Nicaraguan wrapper leaf adorns each Rocky Patel Fifty Five. Costa Rican binder and Nicaraguan long-fillers are underlying. Each puff has velvety chocolate, cinnamon, oak, and pepper. This is one of Rocky’s greatest cigars on the market now.
