Montecristo 1935 Edicion Diamante Cigars bring together the history of Montecristo and the deeper, fuller character of premium Nicaraguan tobacco.
Handmade by A.J. Fernandez in Nicaragua, the Montecristo 1935 Edicion Diamante is an all-Nicaraguan blend featuring a specially fermented Nicaraguan wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. The finished cigars are then aged for at least 12 months before release.

The extra time gives the blend a noticeably polished character.
Expect dark chocolate, roasted coffee, oak, black pepper and rich tobacco, with a natural sweetness developing underneath as the cigar opens up. The strength sits on the fuller side, but Diamante never feels like it is chasing power just for the sake of it.
