Dunbarton Sobremesa Tapa Negra Corona Gorda
The Dunbarton Sobremesa Tapa Negra Corona Gorda (5.63″ x 48) takes the creamy side of Sobremesa and gives it a darker edge.
Most of the cigar is wrapped in Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade, but the head is capped with Nicaraguan Sun Grown tobacco. Small change. Big effect. The profile stays smooth and refined, with cream, cedar, toasted nuts, and sweetness, while the darker tobacco adds a little extra pepper and spice.
Different without being gimmicky. Balanced without being boring. Packed 13 cigars to a box.

The Dunbarton Sobremesa Tapa Negra Corona Gorda (5.63″ x 48) is one of those cigars that makes you look twice before you even light it.
The base is familiar Sobremesa Brûlée territory. Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade. Mexican binder. Nicaraguan filler. Smooth, creamy, and easy to settle into.
Then comes the twist.
The head of the cigar is wrapped in darker Nicaraguan Sun Grown tobacco. That extra leaf changes the way the cigar feels on the palate, adding more spice and pepper without taking away the softer side of the blend.
You still get cream. Cedar. Toasted nuts. Sweet tobacco. But now there is a little more bite running through it.
The Corona Gorda size keeps everything focused. Enough wrapper influence to stay interesting, but still enough filler to give the smoke some depth.
It is clever. A little unusual. And very much in line with the way Steve Saka likes to play with blends.
Packed in boxes of 13, the Sobremesa Tapa Negra Corona Gorda is a smooth cigar with just enough attitude to keep you paying attention.
