Underneath the size is a serious blend. An Ecuadorian Habano wrapper surrounds Aganorsa-grown Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos, bringing plenty of earth, roasted nuts, pepper, toast and natural tobacco sweetness.

The JFR Lunatic Habano 880 is less like lighting a cigar and more like starting a project.
At 8″ x 80, this thing is huge.
Really huge.
But JFR didn’t build it around dimensions alone. Beneath that Ecuadorian Habano wrapper is a full load of Aganorsa-grown Nicaraguan binder and filler tobacco. There’s enough quality leaf inside this cigar to make the oversized format worth smoking instead of just looking at.
The beginning brings plenty of earth and toasted tobacco.
Then things start spreading out. Roasted nuts. Black pepper. Coffee. Wood. A little natural sweetness underneath.
With an 80-ring gauge, the filler tobacco plays a major role. There is a tremendous amount of leaf burning at once, which keeps the smoke surprisingly cool and slows everything down.
And slow is the word here. You don’t rush an 8″ x 80 cigar.
The Habano wrapper keeps adding spice and a little extra bite while the Nicaraguan tobacco underneath brings the earthy, nutty character Aganorsa is known for. As the cigar burns, the profile gets deeper. More toast. More earth. A little more pepper.
