The finished cigar wears a dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a proprietary binder and aged Nicaraguan and Honduran filler tobaccos.

A little caramel comes through next, followed by sweet spice and that lingering tobacco sweetness Rocky was chasing throughout the blending process.
That sweetness is really what separates Sapphire from a lot of darker San Andrés cigars.
It does not overpower the tobacco.
