At 5″ x 50, this Robusto uses a smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper over a Mexican binder and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. On paper, that sounds fairly straightforward. Once you light it, not so much. The opening is creamy with some light wood and toast. Then a little citrus starts sneaking in. Pepper shows up around the edges. Some nuttiness. Cedar. A touch of sweetness here and there.
