Best Cigars of 2026: NH Cigars Staff Picks

Some cigars grab your attention on the first light. Others become favorites after a few trips back to the humidor. Our best cigars of 2026 include new releases we’ve enjoyed and longtime favorites that still earn their place. You’ll find a mix of flavors, sizes, strengths, and prices, because a good smoke doesn’t have to be new—or expensive.

When we choose our staff picks, we look at flavor, construction, draw, burn, strength, and value. Personal taste plays a part, too. These are the cigars we enjoy recommending at NH Cigars. Use our notes to narrow down your choices, then visit each product page for blend details, strength, and packaging options.

How to Use Our Cigar Picks

Start with what you like to smoke. You might prefer the creamy character of some Connecticut blends, the richer flavors of a Maduro or Broadleaf, or the sweetness of an infused cigar. If you’re trying something different, our notes can help you find a place to start.

Keep strength and flavor in mind as separate qualities. A cigar can have plenty of flavor without a heavy kick. Look for the experience you enjoy, whether that’s an easy morning smoke or something fuller after dinner.
