The Padron 1926 No. 35 Natural might be short at 4″ x 48, but it’s full of flavor. Hand-rolled in Nicaragua with aged long-fillers, it’s wrapped in a smooth, light-colored Natural leaf that adds a subtle sweetness without softening the strength.

Right from the first puff, you get notes of cedar, cocoa, and a touch of espresso. There’s a creamy, mellow profile here, but it doesn’t shy away from depth. A little leather and subtle spice show up as you go, keeping each draw interesting.

Padron 1926 No. 35 Natural Tasting Notes

  • Pre-light: Before you even light it, the cold draw gives off earthy notes with a touch of sweetness and just a hint of dark chocolate. It’s subtle, but it gets your attention.
  • First third: Some espresso, and a little sweet spice in the background. The balance is spot on. Not too sweet, not too bitter, just smooth and bold.
  • Second third:  You’ll get roasted coffee notes, some leathery richness, and a hint of wood. The spice picks up which adds some nice depth.
